13.06.2013

- Most of the Ukrainians does not welcome new construction projects. How should the company work with the public and is it possible to change its attitude to objects under construction?

- In general the Ukrainian public has indeed a negative attitude towards developers. Therefore, unfortunately, most of the ideas face public outcries. However, it is partly the developers' own fault, as they underestimate the importance of active communications with all parties concerned.

ESTA Holding managers are absolutely positive about the possible effective interaction between business and public. During the last year we tried to make the most transparent dialogue with the public. We do value our good name and confidence, therefore we contribute a lot of resources in them. Moreover, a transparent work and openness are of high priority for the real estate business, especially for the development. Thus, we have to inform people about our plans and raise public awareness. This is precisely why we provide our each step with extended coverage, make excursions on objects for the media and activists. We need years to gain confidence, therefore formation of trust relations is a very long and painstaking process.

It would be great if other Ukrainian companies followed in our steps. In this case the experience of interaction between business and public could become usual and not complicated, the public in its turn would be ready to hear business offers.
