This is a unique project for creating a cultural area in the historic center of the city, in Andriyivsky Descent. This project is implemented by joint efforts of Kyiv public representatives and ESTA Holding. We are going to create a multifunctional two-level cultural center with a large outdoor area and a public park. Without a doubt, the art-project in Andriyivsky Descent will be equally attractive for both Kyiv residents and guests of the city.
