ESTA Holding aims to support voluntary initiatives of its employees as the company believes corporate volunteering to be an important element of corporate and social responsibility.

Any employee may come forward with an idea of social or charity event and they are sure to get support for its implementation.

Every year our volunteers implement over a dozen of different initiatives by their own efforts. The employees of ESTA Group support orphanages on a regular basis. Thus, the volunteers of ESTA Property Management organized themselves to take custody care of family type children’s home in Pushcha-Vodytsya. ESTA Holding personnel provide help and support to children’s home “Boyarka” by their joint efforts.

Renovation and arrangement of the local park, providing financial and non-financial aid to people in need, as well as to health care facilities, and social institutions are those of traditional volunteering events.
